sneha: mam, yes it at one step but, if you see that i can’t completely focus on one particular thing, it keeps me involve in every other thing.
interviewer: but it can be harmful for our company, when we give you any project, you may not look after it keenly, so how would you handle the project?
sneha: sir you don’t have to worry about it. actually i focus on whatever the task is given to me, apart from that i focus on every other thing.
this is why may be if you choose me in sales or marketing department, then i may go in other department as well, only after finishing what my work is.

interviewer: so why don’t you mix technology with sports and make something unique and out of the box.
sneha: sir i prefer doing that in my personal zone only, playing sports and every other thing as it keeps me healthy and fit like i have said. however with technology i think, i should be in a company like yours.
interviewer: tell us 5 qualities of yours on the basis of which we should hire you?
sneha: sir you should hire me because, as i have mentioned earlier as well that i have been a team player and i like challenges. i am a keen learner because i find learning things fascinates me.
interviewer: who is your ideal in life?
sneha:my parent are my ideal. because they motivate me in everything.
interviewer: would you like to be a team member or a team leader if we hire you?
sneha: at the initial stage, i would like to be a team member only, that will help me learn more and more and perhaps that may be included in the training that you will provide me.
interviewer: what will be your contribution to our company?
sneha: whatever you want from me, i will give my 100% in that.
interviewer: if i ask you to mop the floor?
sneha: yes, i will.
interviewer: every day?
sneha: no, not every day.
interviewer: why not? even if we pay you good? you just said you will do anything and give 100%
sneha: i think that even you would not do that because you will get a person who is more sincere towards her work and you will get a good service. so i think you will certainly not ask that from me.
interviewer: suppose you win a lottery, would you continue to work in our organization or would you quit?
sneha: as i said that my passion lies in technology, i will certainly work for your organization, even if i win a lottery.
interviewer: what about your higher studies?
sneha: in order to be updated we need higher studies and if your company’s policies permit me, i will definitely go for it, and if not then i will go for distance learning higher studies.
interviewer: what is the difference between you and all other people outside this room?
sneha: sir, the difference you will see soon between us, however i would like to say that my sincerity towards my work and challenging attitude, it keeps me always focused on my work.
interviewer: if other company provides you better income and technological enhancement, would you leave our job and join that company.
sneha: sir, i would not, instead, i would promote that in my company.
interviewer: but you said you would love to learn new technology.
sneha: sir, apart from this you see, if i go into that company, i will get that technology right then and there. however if i propose that idea in my company, to get that, that will also enhance my managerial skills.
interviewer: how do you feel about working in night or at weekends? will you be comfortable?
sneha: yes, i will be comfortable as i am a workaholic.
interviewer: but what about your parent? don’t you feel that being a girl, your parent would put a restriction that you can’t go out in night?
sneha: no, my parents are very open minded, they won’t mind, if i am happy.
interviewer: why should i hire you?
sneha: you should hire me, because i am a team player, as i said. apart from it, i enjoy being in touch with people, i will learn a lot.
interviewer: sneha give me 3 reasons that i should not select you today.
sneha: okey, this may be that find something in others that you don’t find in me. like they have some more technical dimensions as to me, because i have learnt basics, c, c++ and java.
interviewer: so are you not proficient in that?
sneha: yes mam, i am. however if you find people who are more eligible, who have learnt more technologies
interviewer: what if we hire your best friend, but not you?
sneha: sir that is totally dependent on you completely, as you are here to judge. i will surely give you 100%, if you give me a chance.
interviewer: who has inspired you in your life and why?
sneha: i have earlier told that my parent, they have been very open minded and supported me in every field.
interviewer: on a scale of 1 to 10, rate yourself.
sneha: sir you are here to do that. how can i do that?
interviewer: that means you don’t know yourself. sneha: i do.
interviewer: then what is the problem? we are not asking you to rate us, but you yourself.
sneha: mam you are a panel and you are working on that level, i certainly may not be able to do that in front of you.
interviewer: if you were a microsoft office program, which one would you like to be?
sneha: i would like to be power point presentation, because it has all the qualities of presenting itself very well in front of a large group.
interviewer: if you have to choose what to clean first in room, desk or car, which one would you choose.
sneha: my desk, because there is my work and i respect my work.
interviewer: if you have to depart a worker from the company, how would you ask him to go? if he needs that job very much, but he is not fit for that job.
sneha: sir i will try with reference, if i am on a position that is powerful, so i will try. first i will tell him this is the reason that you are not fit for this job.
i will try to place him in some other department where he can work well. i will try to utilize him as per his capabilities and potential
interviewer: how will you deal with a liar?
sneha: i will certainly go to the roots to find the reason, why is he lying, and then i will decide what to do.
interviewer: are you social activist, if yes then what do you do to bring change in the lives of people?
sneha: yes mam i am. not just in the lives of people, i am a social activist not just for people, but as a society for whole. with this i will state an example here.
i have been part of technoblitz society at kec, there we have been to animal farm house and a blind school and it was really enlightening.
that time i learnt two things. you should always be helpful to people who can’t help you back and you should respect for what you have.
interviewer: so that was for one day, are you continuing that? if yes then what are your future plan in this direction.
sneha: i want to work for children in particular, because children are the future of the world and if children are made educated and are improved at their own level, then we can bring many changes.
interviewer: how are you going to do that?
sneha: i plan to join some ngo like cry, there in i can contribute
interviewer: but you need to give some time over there. how would you do that? how will you cope with your work and social life?
sneha: i will, as i have been a good manager as well, that is because at technoblitz society, i was a part of management team. for me my work is my priority like i have a said, however if at all i find time, i will definitely involve myself in social work
interviewer: if you find that your co-worker is a pakistani isi agent, how will you tackle that situation?
sneha: first of all i would take the case to some higher authority that can perhaps look into it. being with a pakistani co-worker i don’t have any problem, however if he is an isi agent, my country has a problem, not just me. so i will definitely go to some authority that can look into this matter.
interviewer: what salary would you like to have?
sneha: sir initially whatever you give me, i will be okay with that.
interviewer: what if we give you 4000?
sneha: sir if you think, that is what i deserve then i am. with my skills, you will definitely increase my salary.
interviewer: how will you deal with a lazy co-worker?
sneha: lazy people are very interesting, this is because lazy people generally work at night and they work very well, so i will tell my seniors/ boss to perhaps have some other shift timings where lazy people can work in night.
interviewer: what kind of person do you find, when you look yourself into a mirror?
sneha: mam i am a very positive person and i feel really proud to see myself every day in the mirror. i just smile at myself and say that this is going to be a great day and i enjoy doing that as it motivates me.
i am really a person who is self made person. apart from this the way my parents have brought me up, is what i feel best about it.
interviewer: i notice that you will not tell lie for the benefit of the company, but sometimes we have to speak lie for the profit of the company so that our company excels, would you do that for us?
sneha: mam for monetary benefit, i can’t let down my work ethics.
interviewer: what is the purpose of your life?
sneha: purpose of my life it is to enlighten other people.
interviewer: suppose after few years you are married, and your husband don’t allow you to work or late hours or something, so how would you deal with that person?
sneha: first of all, it won’t happen because if i marry, i will marry an open minded person who is okay with my skills and the way i work and where i work and if at all that happens then i won’t marry.
interviewer: if that happened after marriage, what will you do?
sneha: i will convince him, because my work is my priority.
interviewer: you seem to be a very confident woman, so why don’t have your own start-up?
sneha: because your company has an amazing reputation. working on a start up, i won’t be able to manage as yours.
interviewer: but you said you are a very good manager.
sneha: that is all right, but yours is already an established one and i would like to learn from here.
interviewer: so after 5 years you will leave our company and have your own start up or join any other company and what about all the people who are of your age and have their own start ups. are they not going to learn anything?
sneha: yes certainly they will learn many things; however i feel i will work better under a leader. managing things comes naturally to me and working with leaders i can prove my potential.
interviewer: you must have heard the quote that failure is the key to success. so how would you explain this?
sneha: failure is the key to success to those people who are challenge driven. i certainly am a challenged driven girl. because from failure we learn a lot of things
interviewer: so if you start a start-up and you fail and after that you could have large experience and could establish your start –up in a very long way.
sneha: sir, i have already told you i am a techno geek person, a tech savvy person, so if at all, i have a start- up, that will not be able to fulfill all my aspiration of being a techno geek,
because i am an ambitious person and in your company growth is immense, so with my set of skills and talent, i can certainly go to a high position.
interviewer: what extra technical skills do you have then all the people sitting outside this room?
sneha: i know hardware and networking.
interviewer: being from ghaziabad, we don’t expect from a person to be very expressive. what if we try to put you in chennai, bangalore or may be outside india, so how will deal in that situation?
sneha: sir i think that is a misconception. ghaziabad is near to delhi, so its influence is immense, and perhaps after interviewing me, you won’t even believe that i am from ghaziabad.
interviewer: tell the most awkward or bad situation you have faced till now and what have you learnt from that?
sneha: when i was not selected for clat exam after my class 12, there i learnt that we need to see things as they come, we need to go with the flow and that we need to stay in the present. i got my interest in technology then and since then technology has been in my core.
interviewer : any question you would like to ask?
sneha: sir from a fresher what do you expect?
